Thank you to everyone who joined together to celebrate the first night of Chanukah at our Annual Grand Menorah Lighting at City Hall. It was such an incredible, fun-filled start to Chanukah. From one participant, "The joy and Jewish Pride was so so strong, it was a special Chanukah moment."
An amazing end to chanukah with young and old, familiar faces and new ones gathered together to light up all 8 candles with a delicious dinner, singing, music by Hadassa, and a fun Dreiel/Chanukah trivia game
An amazing way to start Chanukah!! Close to 300 people gathered infront of Novato City Hall, to light up the night! Beautiful words were shared by Mayor Josh Fryday and Mayor Pro Tem Pam Drew. The Novato Fire Dept. did the 1st ever Gelt drop with 573 chocolate coins to the delight of all children (and adults). Thank you to all who participated! happy Chanukah!

The best way to end Chanukah is with our community. After events with literally hundreds of people on different days during the holiday, was SO special to cap it off with a community party! Fun dreidel games, kindling the Menorah together, a special video of the Rebbe and the funnest game of JEWpardy EVER! Congrats to Team Chanukiyah and captains Gil and Rhoda Gross for a fantastic job!
What an incredible display of Jewish unity, pride and fun!! Chanukah on Ice was a smashing success. SO many people skating (and watching from the sidelines) to blasting Chanukah music, a huge Menorah lit at center ice. Delicious sufganiyot and Latkas, an inspiring message by Rabbi Rice was all part of this amazing evening! Thank you To Nugget Market for being a sponsor of the evening! Thank you to all the volunteers, Valerie Testa, Devorah Novack, Evi Rachelson and our Dreidel mascot Zalman Rice. Happy Chanukah!
