Mikvah fund

  • chana baila.jpg The Landa family and the Novato Jewish community welcomed a beautiful & healthy baby girl, Chana Baila, on the first day of Rosh Hashanah 5781.

    We feel extremely blessed!

Thank G-D, Chana Baila has 4 older siblings, loving parents and a nurturing community (it takes a village!)

But... Novato does not yet have its own Mikvah.

A Mikvah is an essential part of Jewish living. It is the special water that brings life and children into a Jewish marriage.

In fact, a Mikvah is more important to Jewish community then a synagogue.

Learn more about the Mitvzah of Mikvah here>>>

SO as we begin a new year, with a new life, we ask that in lieu of gifts, you give mikvah.jpg Tzedoka (charity), in honor of baby Chana Baila, toward a newly established Mikvah fund.

This will help spearhead the community effort to build a Mikvah in Novato!
