Schedule & RSVP

  •  This year it is going to be different.

This year will be unlike any other.

Our mission is to be here for you, and provide you with the most meaningful, authentic and uplifting High Holiday experience possible.

To achieve this, we will be providing a number of Services and options by which you can enjoy and find meaning and inspiration from this year's High Holidays, in the way that is safe and comfortable for you and your family.

Due to Covid restrictions and safety guidelines, as well as due to the heat expected on Yom Kippur,  services will be shorter than usual and held in a backyard and under a tent (but no walls to allow max air flow).

We will therefore be doing short outdoor services during Yom Kippur.

Services will be taking place in the beautiful backyard of Judith Borowsky (off of San Benito way) in Novato.

Candle lighting / Fast begins: 6:40
    Kol Nidre: 7:00 - 8:30pm

    Morning service: 9:00 am
    Yizkor memorial service: 10:00 - 10:30am
    Neilah/concluding service: 6:30 pm
    Fast ends/Shofar blast: 7:36 pm

If you have already registered for Yom Kippur Services, you will receive a separate email with exact address and Covid-19 guidelines.

If you haven't yet registered, you can do please do so below.

If the heat will make you uncomfortable, it is more important to stay home and fast, than to come out to services and need to drink/eat

Now more than ever, we need the power of prayer, unity, and the piercing blast of the shofar to storm the heavens for a healthy, sweet new year!

The health and safety of our community is our number one priority. Chabad will follow the most rigorous standards of sanitizing our chairs and all surfaces using CDC approved cleansers only. We will have mobile hand sanitizers, and extra masks.

We will be following all social distancing and safety requirements and recommendations approved by By the state of CA and Marin county and rabbinnic guidelines.
